Whitelabel Implementation

Hello, this morning I’ve started setting up the whitelabel configuration under the domain “plug-in.studio”.

Right now I’m getting this https://partner.plug-in.studio/login - an unsecure and non white labeled partner login.

Is this normal?

Hey Leandro,

I have waited with a response to see if it just takes a bit of time until the SSL is propagated. Usually, when there is no SSL certificate this can either take a few hours/days depending on the domain hoster or false DNS settings / whitelabel settings.

Would you be able to share the DNS in full as a screenshot? If you do not feel comfortable, share them with us via your ticket, please :slight_smile:

The domain is on Cloudflare and it does have other CNAME entries. Is that an issue?

Right now the portal is completely gone… 502 Bad Gateway.

Just realized it’s a sitejet.io global problem.

Cloudflare is not per se an issue, no.

Let us head over to the ticket instead and send me the full DNS. I need to check on a few values just in case they are not disrupting anything. Also, please give me a Website ID there so I can check the settings in your account as well. :pray:

Not sure what you mean by website ID.

This domain had A records pointing to other hosting which I deleted just in case.

I plan to create the plug-in.studio website on Sitejet, I’m assuming it needs to go trough the regular website creation process despite the fact it’s being used as the main whitelabel domain, correct?

not necessarily. Let me check this with a developer. Please bear with me until I get some feedback. Maybe I am missing something.

It is the missing logo. Whitelabel only enables with a custom logo. When you upload one it should enable quite quickly.

Let me know if that fixed the issue.

Hey Andre,

the logo was present from the beginning of our conversation. For some reason the info and the logo disappeared and an API error notice was showing up.

I uploaded it and filled the info again.

Nothing changed.

I still dont see one:

Could it be that it was not saved?

Sorry, feeling silly right now… I missed that box and was uploading only to the one bellow.

Also, SVG files are allowed to be upload but don’t actually work.

All good and working now.
