When I send a portal invitation link to a new client, the link still says my.sitejet.io. Is there a way to get this to use my partner website instead? Is there a white-label setting I am missing?

and attach a screenshot of your current DNS settings from the domain you are using for the whitelabeling.
Hey @David_Harris - how do you log in? When you log in via Sitejet.io you will have the settings vor partner.sitejet.io and therefore the links are possibly not whitelabel.
If you do log in via your whitelabel-domain, and you still do not get a whitelabel link then I would suggest as @Martin suggest
