Sitejet team you have an error in your processes.
Every day 4h of each month, your system deactivates the SSL certificate in the domain (you must have some wrong batch process on that day). To solve it, I have to go to this url: https://partner.sitejet.io/domains then check again the SSL check mark, so that it works again until next month, on the 4th day.
I Know it sounds weird, but this has been the case with my domain for more than a year now. Please review your processes and confirm this. It is very annoying to get deactivated the SSL every day 4th (having an impact on my website), until I check it again.
Thanks,
Hey there,
Will be forwarded. Can you name me a few domains or the Website IDs to them so we can check the logs?
How have you found out about this? Did you use a tool to check the status?
The domain is wwoof.es (not registered with SJ). But the subdomain failing every day 4th is org.wwoof.es.
This error appears on that day every month (the SSL check mark appears empty)… then I have to go the domains and recheck it again, to continue working for 1 month again…
Are you using something like Cloudflare? Would you like to share your full DNS to inspect?
No, I am not… I will share my DNS, but how could this affect your system? Every day 4, your system deactivates (remove) the SSL check mark. This has been the case for years!
When I reactivate it again it works fine until next day 4th. Can you check what process you initiate on every day 4th (usually in the first hours of the day?) Thanks.
Hey there,
do you like to share the full DNS, please?
Usually, the SSL gets automatically disabled every month because of a wrong DNS configuration for one of the subdomains. Since you are the only user with that issue, we might need to look at the DNS first to see if there is anything unusual in there.
I will close this case now as we have not heard back. The issue is not related to Sitejet Server issues but probably to false DNS settings-
