Hey, I have built a Sitjet site (via Plesk).
I have the problem that I can send e-mails via the preview websites without any problems. However, as soon as I go to my normal homepage, an error appears with no information.

thank you. Yes, I have already tried all the steps, is there a way to display an error description? All I get is “could not send email”. This makes it very difficult for me to search for something. Is it possible to set SMTP settings for my Sitejet?
So I opened the preview mode to check if the form works. I was able to fill it out completely and had a success message. The the form is fine.
It could either be a server related issue now or the mails are not set up correctly. Those issues however are out of our reach and support unfortunately. Would you be able to get in touch with Plesk directly to check upon the settings?
