Plesk | Form problems and Issues

Hello all,

There is a similar case already on here but I didnt find any solution. I have a form on my landing page. Fairly straightforward and when tested on “preview” it works perfectly and all the information comes through into my email inbox (also created within plesk). However the minute I publish the site or access it via online I dont receive anything in my email box. Its almost as if the form does not submit. I;ve seen people on here suggest “disabling” mail domain within settings but that simply blocks access into my email and doesnt resolve anything. Is there a way around this and is anyone else having this problem

Of course, we would love to help you on this matter. However, this issue might be better with the Plesk support, as the mails are sent through the Plesk server.

I highly recommend, that you contact the Plesk support directly on this matter. Please use the support form to submit a new request: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Well i’ve spoken with Plesk and they are also unsure of what is going on. I’ve seen someone else with this issue on here but in their case they were using a 3rd party email address. Disabling it seemed to have done the trick for them
