How to correctly setup 301 Redirect

Hi,

My previous website blog URL was this: https://www.cxdeployer.com/blog/What-is-Customer-Experience-Management-and-How-Does-It-Work

And New website in the Sitejet has URL of this blog as: What is Customer Experience Management and How Does It Work? - Blog Post - CXDeployer

Sitejet allows all website URL addresses in the lowercase.

I tried both method 1 and method 2 one at a time but both did not work.

Please advise if I am setting up these 301 redirects correctly?

I may be wrong, but aren’t URL’s non-case sensitive?

So perhaps you’re redirecting the page to itself?

I am getting 404 error in case I access the URL with lower case. Not sure if URL’s are non-case sensitive.

Hey @Suman_S - option 1 is correct - however, currently you are redirecting from one domain to the exact same domain, which is kind of “pointless”. :smiley:

this issue is fixed by our developers and the redirection should work now.
