Dns_probe_finished_nxdomain

Hello,
I have been coming back for 15 days this problem to access my website
since I transferred my domain name to Sitejet, the majority of my customers including me, we can no longer access my site, I have tried on several devices in different places in France, one in 10 devices display my site.
Where is the problem knowing that I have correctly configured the DNS

is there anyone who has encountered the same problem ?

Hello @Andre ello @
I have been suffering from this problem for 3 months, most of my customers tell me that they cannot access the site, I have tried to find a solution, without results

Hi! From what I can see, your domain mnbconcept-beautycenter.com is accessible (on-line)
See screenshot:

My guess is that the issue that you are experiencing is (client-side) related to the browser (and sometimes network/router) caching.
Try to completely clear your Browser Cache + History,
For instance, for Chome you can follow the steps from here: Clear cache & cookies - Computer - Google Account Help

P.S.-1. If clearing the browser doesn’t work try to restart your router
P.S.-2. If it still doesn’t work try to flush your local DNS cache on your computer. Follow the guide from: How to Fix DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN [8 Solutions] - Kinsta®

Hope this helps!

Hi, thank’s for your answer,
I’ve been having this problem for 3 months now,
I have tried everything, the problem persists
I should have 20 customers who visit my site daily to make online reservations.
In the past I was using Wordpress, I immigrated my site to you, and since then my customers are having connection problems, I have the impression that the problem comes from the domain name and I do not know

the problem has been reported by about twenty customers, I don’t think that the problem is related to clearing browsers in everyone. :frowning:

I receive this message every morning
it is not related to the problem?

Hey @DACO_Wael , just a quick heads up:

We are still investigating the issue to find out why some visitors have issues connecting to the website.

I look forward to :expressionless:

Hey @DACO_Wael - FINALLY we found the solution!

Seems that your old domain provider has forgotten to remove the DNSSEC when you transferred the domain. This caused these strange troubles we all faced during the last weeks. We just checked with ICANN and triggered the removal, so in the next (hopefully) 24 hours everything should work as smoothly as possible!

Send you a mail with the old settings and the link where to check for yourself for the future.
