Domains with sitejet not working (yet ?)

I’ve bought a domain 10hours ago through sitejet and i have no news about it. I mean i don’t understand if i have paid or not, or if my client should pay ?

Also when i go to domain manager, this domain has a red cross saying that DNS are not pointing to the right adress (see image below)

But when i go to the DNS manager, they does point to the right place:

And, when i go to godaddy to see if i can buy this domain, it says this domain is available !
So… what am i missing ?

Thanks for reaching out to us. You actually got an email from us about that domain this morning. We need additional information for the *.fr domain… the domain is not yet 100% registered.

Please take a look into your spam folder - maybe our mail got lost in there or just write us a ticket, and we can send you the info again.

I did not receive your email (did you send to me or the client ?)
Now it’s too late, i bought domain elsewhere coz i needed it to be online asap… but i’ll know for my next project that i should ticket you before :+1:
