I’ve bought a domain 10hours ago through sitejet and i have no news about it. I mean i don’t understand if i have paid or not, or if my client should pay ?
Also when i go to domain manager, this domain has a red cross saying that DNS are not pointing to the right adress (see image below)

Please take a look into your spam folder - maybe our mail got lost in there or just write us a ticket, and we can send you the info again.

Now it’s too late, i bought domain elsewhere coz i needed it to be online asap… but i’ll know for my next project that i should ticket you before
