🔷 Login Issues - DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Hey Sitejetters,

we have been aware of login issues into the CRM, CMS as well as for some clients. As of right now, the browser has been showing the error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

We are currently investigating the issue with our infrastructure provider to assure you that this issue will be resolved as quickly as possible!

It seems that this issue has started slowly on Thursday with first reports coming in. The issue here is that we were not able to reproduce it, nor did we see any peaks or unusual lows or errors in our system. Therefore, it took a while to get into this error and take a closer look.

Currently, we only know that this does not affect all users and not permanently. In tests with some users, resetting the IP address, if possible, has helped. However, we are aware, that this is not a definite solution.

Please bear with us a little bit longer. We will give you a swift update, when we know more and could resolve this issue.
