cPanel | SiteJet "Shop" Button Missing

We have 2 dedicated servers using cPanel and they have upgraded to have SiteJet, which we love. However, it seems like the ecommerce option is missing for us and I’m not sure if I am supposed to install something in addition or not. The documentation is a mix of old versions of SiteJet and new.

Where the photos I have seen, show under the Marketing then Collections icons, there should be a “Shop” icon, but it does not exist. Is there something I need to do to activate it? I have googled for hours and have found nothing.

Hey @Garybarr - the shop feature is not yet available unless you already created a shop. New users would have to wait until the launch of Sitejet Commerce for Plesk and cPanel users soon. This feature will then be available for whitelisted partners.

If you have more questions about this, I recommend getting in touch with the Support team of cPanel about this.

Until then, you are able to add an external shop via the HTML and iFrame elements.
