Hi,

when will the Shop Feature on Plesk available?

I read, that it is already, or we can install it manually.

At least, the Support of my Hosting Company said, I would be allowed to install it manually.
Where could I get the files to install it?

Help would be appreciated.

Hey there,

If the commerce feature is not available for you, please get in touch with your hoster and ask them to activate the feature. Then, the Commerce feature will be available via the Website Builder. It is not a feature that can be downloaded onto the server.

Hi Andre,

Thank you so much for your answer.

As it turns out, my hoster is not willing to activate the commerce extension on a shared webspace.

I am changing now the hosting company, to be able to come fully on board.

Hey Oliver,

That is very unfortunateā€¦ and from a personal standpoint I do not understand this decision by the hoster. Anyway, it is great that you choose to switch to be fully on board with us. That is fantastic!
