Where to get support as PLESK USER?

I do have a plesk license from my webhosting company, but they dont know nothing about sitejet.
Where do i get support?!
Here? I tried once sending support ticket, but they did not help me as i dont bought the license through plesk itself :wink:

Just to clear things up: This is the community for Sitejet Studio as well as Sitejet integrations. Here, we love to help you with all things around the Website Builder. When you are using Sitejet Studio, you will also get support for everything in our Project Manager.

Since you are using Sitejet with Plesk, our support here and via email is limited to the Website Builder. We do not have access or knowledge of anything outside the Website Builder to give you a thorough support.

That means, if you have any issue on the Plesk side, your first go to would be their support.

Anyway, I really like to check your ticket and see if there might have been any miscommunication, because the Sitejet Support does not decline support on questions inside the Website Builder. Maybe the issue was related to something with Plesk or your hosting company?

Could you tell me the ticket ID or send me another ticket with the mail your sent the other ticket referring to this thread?

honestly, it was already few months ago and i gave up.
at the end it was the following thing, mabye you can help:

Inside my plesk sitejet builder, there is no SHOP integration to the shop system available.
it just does not show up.
and i wanted the feature, the license should be fine, but its not showing up.

can you help with that?

That would actually be a topic for your Webhoster / Plesk. But let me assist you here as well.

In this case though, can you please send us a ticket as we might need to share info, you dont want public. Please include your Plesk ID and a Website ID, if you already started to build a website.

Let’s take it from there.
