We use Liquid Web and we are missing the option to enable the Commerce section of SiteJet. Liquid Web is not helping us. The option is nowhere to be found.

I assume that Liquid Web is using cPanel? Or is it Plesk?
Did they not respond if they are offering it at all (means activated it?)

Liquid Web is using CPanel. They tell us that we have to check with Sitejet and Sitejet tells us that we have to check with Liquid Web. We have been going around in circles.

Hey @Paula_Pierce - thanks for your reply. I have checked with cPanel and it seems that the commerce feature is not yet active for you. Let me check the next steps. I would actually recommend to move this over to our tickets as this might include sensitive information.
