(cpanel) Issue with blog post creation dates on live website

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with blog post dates on my website.

In the CMS, each blog post in the collection has its own correct created at date. However, on the live website, all blog posts display the same date instead of their respective creation dates.

I already tried reassigning the date field to a different component and then switching it back to the created at field, but this did not resolve the issue.

Do you have any insight into what could be causing this behavior?

Hi @Mehdi_Masmoudi,
could you share your live URL? That way we can inspect it in DevTools and see whether the same date is already rendered in the HTML or if it’s a frontend/caching issue. Before you dο, first check how it behaves in incognito window

hello, this is the live url : Actualités - Chaire SA3S - Labris

i tried to make the changes in incognito window but still didn’t work

thank in advance

Hey @Mehdi_Masmoudi - please give us the website ID so we can take a look

Hello,

Here it is : Login

Thank you

Thank you.

Reported this to the devs. Did you already make a change, save and re-publish a few times? Just in case.

Hey, we found its probably caused by a 404 for https://mailletlab.ca/webcard/static/5498.js which deals with the dates.

Please re-publish the site after making a change and a save. If that does not fix it, remove the files from your server and do a clean re-publish.

Let me know if that fixed the issue

Hi,

Thank you for looking into this. I tried both steps — re-publishing after a change, and removing the files from the server followed by a clean re-publish — but unfortunately the issue is still there.

Thank you!

Hey Mehdi, we are investigating this issue. It was an issue before on Sitejet Studio but was fixed a while ago. Now we check if this has also been fixed for cPanel.

Will update you as soon as I know more

I have the same issue

Same issue for me aswell

The issue was solved by cPanel on the 7th of may. If you still have this issue, please update your cpanel version. If the error still persists, you need to contact cpanel or ask your provider to contact the support to check if the outdated cpanel version was the issue.
