Incorrect date displayed in Collection Listings

Previous thread has been closed and marked as Fixed, even though the bug is still present in the current version. Reference: [FIXED] Incorrect date displayed in Collection Listings

I have a collection listing that is set to display a Text Element with the content “Created at (Date)”.

I have 3 different collection items, each with different “Created at” dates set in the Collections Manager. Post1 is 2024. jun. 23., Post2 is 2024. jun. 24., Post3 is 2024. jul. 8.

The problem is that on the live site, my collection item displays the same (incorrect) date for all 3 of my posts, the date seems to be consistent with the last publication date of the website:

I’ve looked at the HTML code, and it does seem like the site should properly display the ‘createdat’ value.

The sites API call also gets the correct createdAt value as a response:

Could you please look into this issue, and help me figure out why the Created at data field shows incorrect values on live websites? Thank you!

Hey there, it’s been 37 days since re-opening this issue. Are there any updates on this? Thank you!

Hey there,

let me check with our developers.

Just to be sure. Did you make a change like assign a collection field again, saved and publish again?

Yes, i did. I even tried it with the “Updated at” field, saved & published the website again.

Turns out, it’s not just the “Created at” field that’s not working properly, the “Updated at” field also shows the wrong data on the frontend (always shows the latest publication date of the whole website instead of the correct creation/update data).

I forwarded your information.

Hey there,

so we tried to reproduce the issue here: https://xenodochial-noyce.49-12-45-158.plesk.page/blog/ and were not able to. Everything worked fine.

My suggestion would be:

  1. Make sure Plesk and all extensions are up-to-date
  2. Make another change to the website, save and publish again
  3. (Temporarily) remove Cloudflare

If that’s not working:

  1. Create a new domain in Plesk, use Share & Copy feature to clone it and publish onto that one

Keep me posted if that solved the issue, please.
