This category is divided into various sub-categories for a better overview and order. In each category you will find additional help and guidelines.

Clear Title:
“Help!” isn’t helpful. Instead, describe what the issue is! “Urgent!” isn’t helpful either. If it really is urgent, we recommend submitting a ticket. Otherwise, we do check the community regularly, but currently, tickets take priority.

[Project Manager] Tasks disappear after saving
[Domains] Unable to connect email account
Greeting & a short description of your problem:
- A “Hello” never hurts, and a quick overview helps everyone get on the same page faster!
Details we need:
- Website ID – You can find this in the URL when you’re in the Website Builder.
- Which version of Sitejet are you using? (Sitejet Studio, integration with cPanel or Plesk?) cPanel and Plesk issues will be moved to their respective categories.
- Where exactly is the problem occurring? (Page, section, preset?)
- Which browser & device are you using? – Especially important if you’re experiencing display issues.
- Screenshots or short videos? Always gold!
What have you already tried?
- List what you’ve already tested – this way, we won’t have to start from scratch.
Please do not upload any log in data or passwords or any details, that you are not allowed to share or could compromise your website. If you need to share this information in order to be helped, wait for the support to offer you a direct message or switch over to send us a ticket to our help centre instead!
