Clients losing all email contacts

We have had four clients reach out to us who use the webmail portal to view their email. All are reporting that they lost access to all their contacts. Anyone else having this issue? I have emailed @Martin, and they didnt seem to realize that our webmail was buggy.

Noticed the same thing here. My clients lost their saved contacts, responses, and identities.
