I was working on a client’s site and had to do a backup to restore it to the previous version when I lost it! I tried to email sitejet support but got a message saying that email was no longer valid! Can I get someone to help me??

do I understand correctly that you tried to restore the website? What happened after that? Can you please share the website ID with us (it would be best via email, but I’m not sure what you mean by “the email was no longer valid”? You replied to another ticket an hour ago. Could you please also share the error message you got when trying to contact us?)
