Absence of the email parameters configuration menu on the form

Good afternoon, gentlemen

I have the site jet plugin installed in Plesk, Windows version
Plesk is up to date, as is the Windows operating system

I have a problem when working with electronic forms
The “menu” where we define parameters and variables for Emails simply does not appear in the constructor (see image). I have searched and all I can find is less about design and other configuration aspects

I’ve tested it with other domains and it doesn’t appear either.
I’ve tested it by logging in with the customer login, reseller login and even with the admin login, but the menu still doesn’t appear.

I would like to inform you that the email functionality is perfectly activated in the domain (in Plesk) and the client works with emails perfectly.

PHP was updated via Plesk to the latest version.

Have you ever seen this error?
The option to configure sending emails in the form is missing?
Is it possible to add some option directly in the Plesk panel configuration? For example, panel.ini?

What parameter settings can I see in panel.ini that relate to Site Jet

Is SiteJet being updated with Plesk? I think so

Could a reinstallation of just the SiteJet plugin solve the problem? But I didn’t want to get to that point.

See the image showing how the parameter is missing

Thank You

Hey there,

Where would I find your contact form on the website?

I appreciate your feedback, thank you very much

The website is: https://rgguindastes.com.br
The form can be seen on the first page

However, we did not configure the parameters for sending the email, because the menu section in SiteJet simply disappeared (it was never there). (see images)

Have you ever seen this happening?

I checked the Website from the ID in the picture and could not find a contact form on the / page.

Can you just try and add it again?

I have not yet experienced something like that but usually this might happen when you remove sth from the form.

I really appreciate your help.

In fact, there is a problem caused by the client
The form appears online, but it is not there to manage.

I ended up creating a new “clean” page of user actions, this way it will be easier to solve

New page with form
https://rgguindastes.com.br/formulario/

I ended up understanding that the email / subject / recipient fields are on the (Send) button. Great, that was the worst doubt.

Even configuring the fields, filling in the Captcha.
The error persists “Could not send e-mail”

With your experience, what do you think it could be?

Could be any of these issues:

What is the Website ID? Same as the other website?
