I use a SERanking as my SEO tool and it shows that all links to my site https://campaign.engineer have a 301 response.
Is this because there is not a www redirect in my DNS?
Is there a way to fix this? It should be a 200 OK response.

301 is not entirely bad. I think you might have enforced HTTPs or a preferred www. or non “www” version. Search engine consider one version duplicate and don’t penalize 301. Your SEO tool flag the error because all URLs are passing through 301 before resolving to the final version of pages.
