Send New Message

Hi, inside portal when i try to reply message from customer it’s not delivering with error “Could not fetch https://partner.sitejet.io/api/email-composer/mailer/332309” so first question on custom domain why we getting error message with the URL including “partner.sitejet.io” second when try to send message from customer’s portal Service > New Request it’s not sending with error “Error Sending Request - An error occurred while sending the query. Please check your entries” please advise.

The error message is not whitelabeled because it is not prepared for whitelabeling.
