I use the Plesk version of sitejet, last major revisions were to my site were back in July ‘25 and the builder was still pretty responsive. I’ve tried to make several changes this year and it’s TOTALLY UNUSABLE.
I resorted to manually building a static page to deal with an urgent update to my site. what had happened to it, sitejet builder use to be usable!
To add a bit more context, maybe to help troubleshoot.
When I start editing it’s a bit laggy, but usable. After about a min of doing work it quickly becomes and becomes worse and worse until unresponsive. the only workaround is to do 1 min of work save, exit, then start again. as you can imagine that really isn’t a solution.
I saw another thread where others were complaining but the admin just closed it without really being resolved!

Context is always great. This can have various reasons. We may want to rule out a local or network connectivity issue here first. When you access the Website Builder via Plesk, you will be redirected to our servers and these issues usually would cause many users to report this.
What browser have you used to try this? Are you using a VPN when accessing the Website Builder?
Please first check your internet connection when you access the Website Builder, as well as disable all extensions in your browser.
Also checking with another browser might narrow down the cause for this.
Do you use a tool like Bitwarden?
