Hi, I can’t open any of my website in ‘edit’ mode. Website builder not operational?

@Mark_Fosseprez I cannot reproduce this. The website builder is operational. Can you reload the page and try to open the website builder again? If it’s still not working please provide us with the website ID of the website(s) that you cannot open, so we can look into it.

Hi Franzi,
problem with all websites in the builder, but I installed a security package and I fear the site might be blocked because of that - will check that further first.

Apparently preview.sitejet.io is blocked by the security package (phishing risk)

Can you whitelist the sitejet.io domain in your security package?

Hi Franzi, yes it is the security package (disabled it and acces is ok), will have to contact supplier to have it whitelisted. In the menatime, problem solved… - thanks!
