I created a SiteJet website in a certain domain via PLESK only for playing around with the builder features but never published it. How can I completely grid rid of this website? Didn’t find an appropriate function neither in Website Builder nor in PLESK.

The preview page is a non-indexed version of your current website in the Website Builder. It gets updated after you made a change and saved the website. It is basically a clone of your live website to see the progress and functionality.
The preview is not a website you can publish. It gets generated automatically when you start your website. See Overview: Website Builder (CMS) under Top-Navigation.
