(Plesk) SiteJet published Site remains white

Hi there, I’m using SiteJet to build some small business websites since I can flesh a full multi-page out in like 4 hours as opposed to several days.

SiteJet has been working extremely well for a lot of the demo sites we’re doing, and some customer websites are up and running with no issues, but for some reason - this one remains white screen after accepting the preview url disclaimer.

The previews work perfectly in SiteJet preview functions, but once published - the url does not load at all.

Other info

SSL is enabled.
Plesk Generated Preview URL presents disclaimer but does not present website when checked.
OCTAL settings on folders are correctly set, and replicate other working builds.
The website has never been published, before - it’s a brand new build.

Hey Andre,

Yeah I think I sent something via email but I got a receipt saying it was unsuccessful delivery - deferred or something, so I figure no big deal I’ll hit the forums. :') So I’m assuming it actually sent after all. Should I just wait that out, you think? Cheers!
