Plesk | Download of backup sitejet extension

Hi there!

As my host is moving to another server (not yet announced which one), I would like to dowload a backup file of my sitejet website in plesk. I am not sure how to do this with the extension. Any ideas?

Hey @R_Riedler

Of course, we would love to help you on this matter. However, our support is limited to issues directly in the Website Builder when you are using Sitejet with Plesk.

We do not have access to the Plesk periphery and can not guide you through the process.

I highly recommend, that you contact the Plesk support directly on this matter. Please use the support form to submit a new request: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you, unfortunately my plesk support could not help me either…

Hey @R_Riedler,

just to clarify: The Sitejet Builder for Plesk doesn’t have the option to download a backup of the website within the Sitejet Builder. However, you can download the files of the website that are on the Plesk server: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12377716258711-How-to-download-a-folder-using-Plesk-File-Manager - if you have any other questions on how to download files or folders from Plesk, please reach out to the Plesk support as our support options are limited at this point.

Hope that helps!

Thanks a lot!
