OK the problem, i have a client have website with a lot of pictures, over 900 (yes crazy…)
More pictures thumbnail is doesn’t show in a some cases.
i try to optimize all pictures, and re upload, but have the same issue.
i try to divide galleries, the same problem
i try to change jpg to webp, the same problem
i try to delete from catalog all images, the image still in gallery…
in server images folder, i can see every image, i delete from catalog, theses imagens will be delete from server, but no, and every image have a folder!

Just to check if I understand correctly: The issue is that you have added 900+ images to the website and they are not all displayed correctly on the published website although you tried to upload another file format, optimize them, use different galleries etc.? (Please add to this if I’m missing the issue).
Just in general: When you want to delete images from the website, we recommend deleting them in the builder and publishing the website again.
Can you please share the website ID (the six-digit number at the end of the URL when you are working in the builder) and the domain of the website (if it’s already published), so we can have a look at it?
Can you also share the PHP version and the Sitejet Builder version that is currently installed? Thanks!

yes i “delete” from catalog first, and publish after, this is dont delete images from server

Okay, thank you. I was just wondering because under More > Files & Stock Photos you would see all files that you have uploaded for a website and there aren’t as many as on the website. Did you delete them?
Did you get any errors when you published the website?
But just in general: When you delete files from the directory, this has only an influence on the published website - not on the website that you can see when you open the Sitejet Builder. If you want to delete (or change ) something, the way should always be:
Open the Sitejet Builder
Make your changes and save them
Hit the publish button

it seems that the images that are not displayed correctly need to be uploaded again and exchanged because the source file of those images cannot be found - maybe those were the once that you have originally deleted?
Once you have uploaded them again, please save and publish the website again.
Also, are you sure that the website with the ID 454922 is not a copy of another website? When I try to edit one of the images in a gallery it shows me this info text below the text which is a sign for a copy/transfer/backup:

today i try to delete all pictures and galleries, and i do two pages, the same problem, reupload pictures and create the galeries from scratch…
soooo, I am trying to reproduce the issue and also see the issue as you see it.
Here is, what I tried:
I have checked the amount of files in the Media Manager: 503 - is that the correct amount?
I added a new page /testpage
Added a gallery and added pictures
Removed all pictures there.
= No issues
Then…
Went to the gallery on the main site (where “imagenes” points)
All images are displayed correctly. Also in preview mode
Removed a picture and added it again - No issue
Added a new gallery
Downloaded a picture from the stock photos
Added it to the gallery - No issue
Removed it - No issue
All this was done on Brave / Chrome.
So, the questions are now:
When you republish, how does the website look? If you like, share a link with me. If you feel uncomfortable to share it here, send me a DM.
If you delete a picture from the Media Manager, but it is still on the server after the publish, you need to get this to Plesk support and they might have to check why it is not deleted.
What browser are you using? Did you check this with another browser as well?
However, first I try to assist to put a check mark on any issue with the Website Builder itself. Looking forward to your message.
I think maybe the issues are from the plesk subscriptions caracteristiques? how is the better plesk configurations and apache modules? (try to revised)
I was able to reproduce this from the protected pages.
Forwarded this issue to our developers to check if there is anything happening on our side with those pictures. For now the CMS and the Preview are working fine, but not the live website.
