[Fixed] Plesk | Blog: Images only appear for a brief moment

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my website (daineko.de).

The images in my blog posts are displayed correctly inside the Sitejet Builder. However, on the published website, the images only appear for a brief moment while the page is loading and then disappear.

The issue occurs on both desktop and mobile devices.

I have recently replaced some of the blog images with new versions, but the problem persists even after republishing the website.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows how to fix it?

I use Plesk Übersicht and then Sitejet Builder.

Yes it does.

Unfortunately, you have to either get in touch with your Provider or Plesk directly (if you have the license to do so) and present the issue to them. They need to check why the updated version of your website is not fully updated on the live website.

Before you do that, I do recommend to check if your server and Sitejet are updated to the latest version.

Then, what you can try, is: Make a small change on your website, save and re-publish a few times and see if the site fully displays correctly.

If that does not fix the issue, you need to contact the provider or Plesk directly.

Keep us updated here as this is probably an issue that happened a few times in the past few days.

Hey @Dennis_Daineko, we just pushed a fix. Could you ensure that you update your Sitejet Builder extension on your server - if it doesn’t auto-update and then publish your website again and check if your blog images are visible?
