My Mobile Site Web Menu is not Instantly Sticky

Hey there, on my page mjoseph.ca the top menu overlays the H1 header hero text. I am trying to avoid this in general so that the hero text and the top menu are separate as soon as the page loads

How would I achieve this? When I try to make the top menu stick on instant, it doesn’t change anything
Any thoughts?
