The domain name for my website (foliodesign.fr) was registered with SITEJET when the site was created, and I recently updated it. I received the renewal invoice from SITEJET, but I can no longer access the DNS zone, and it says, “This domain was not registered through Foliodesign.” Thank you for your help.
Hey David, I have contacted the provided to give an update on this. Usually, our Domain Manager checks the NS Records to see if the domain is “with us” and there might be an issue after the renewal. I am on it.
