Delete site from builder / start from scratch

I understand you can easily delete the output files from cPanel File Manager, but how in the world do you start over within actual SiteJet Site Builder?

Let’s say someone just goes playing around to learn then actually wants to start over clean, how do you do that? Like as if you never added your site to the builder.

Just figured it out. The builder project files live in a hidden folder.

  1. Went to File Manager in cPanel
  2. Selected to view hidden files in view settings
  3. Browsed to /home/[myuserdir]/.cpanel/sitejet
  4. Deleted files referencing domain in question
  5. I now get the first use dialogue when entering SiteJet

Hey Jason,

Great! I will keep this info here as a solution for every cPanel user that needs this!

Hi,

Unfortunately, for me the solution above did not work for addon domains I created in Sitejet.

Instead I went to: cPanel > Domains > Manage (the addon domain that needed removal) > Remove Domain and Done!

Sitejet builder in cPanel will automatically show in list of Website names all the websites/domains associated with your hosting plan.
