When I try to use sitejet.
it errors as below
Error: The publishing process failed. Please try again. If this condition persists, contact your system administrator.
the server is inside of firewall.
should I open some ports ?

Is it possible for you to log into cPanel’s support center and create a ticket there? If not, can you please use the Customer Service Request form.
