Hi Sitejet community,
Currently I am working on a website for a friend. It’s my first time working with this CMS. I ran into some issues, which a current one is the one with the menu. Within the cpanel the menu works fine in the ‘mobile’ preview within the editor. But on the live version the menu doesn’t open.

Which version of Sitejet are you using? As far as I know, it’s within a cpanel environment.
Where exactly is the problem occurring? The menu bug seems to happen to every existing and publicized page.
Which browser & device are you using? Safari on iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 18.5. But reports from other users running different browsers/devices are experiencing the same issue.
What have you already tried?
- Tried different menu’s.
- Tried deleting the menu and putting it back on (seems to make the issue worse, since it removes certain features for desktop as well). It also seems that trying this method, it deletes the entire form of the page (as in seems to be removing the entire design and putting plain text and pictures).
