Burger menu not working

Hello dear Sitejet community!

On my website, in the mobile version, the burger menu stopped working a few versions ago, to the point where I can’t recover it anymore to the point where it was working (as well, I have added many changes since then).

This happens only with the burger menu, wether on mobile or even if I activate it on the desktop version of the website. I have it properly working on a first website I built, but the settings all sseem to be exactly the same, and still it does not work on this one.

At the moment, I have not yet pblished the website. I have created just a few buttons with hyperlings to the pages, but its just, hopefully, a temporary solution.

Hey Cedric,

Would you be able to post me the website ID and the preview link? I assume that maybe too many changes are made to the menu which caused it to crash. We might have to investigate it.

Hello Geral,

I noticed an error in the console and this was pointing to an error inside the custom JS code:

<script>
// Function to set equal heights for collection items
function setEqualHeightForCollectionItems() {
...
</script>

If you write code in the JS editor, you don’t need the script tags. I have removed them for you and now the menu trigger works again :slight_smile:
