Hello,
we’re currently experiencing issues with the cookie consent banner.
When we add it via the elements sidebar, it only displays the design without any functionality — for example, the buttons just link to /#.
Do you have any idea how to fix this?
The documentation states that it should work automatically once added, but unfortunately, that’s not the case for us.
Ah, and one more thing I forgot to mention:
Clicking on the banner doesn’t close or dismiss it either.

Nice to read from you here. Maybe check first if this is the only Cookie Consent Preset in your website. You can check this best via the Navigator.
Please remove the presets completely. Then, save and restart and try to add the preset again. If the error still happens, please post me your website ID and I take a closer look
