Hello everyone. I am using SiteJet for the first time. It is integrated with CPanel and the contact form doesn’t send the messages.
The provider’s admin confirmed that all used email addresses work well, but he wasn’t able to verify if SiteJet is fully integrated with CPanel and SMTP of their servers as SiteJet is a new product for them.

Can anyone, please, help with a solution? What I can do from my side and if anything needs to be done by the provider?
Thank you for your attention. The issue has been solved and the form works well - perhaps the host admin enabled SMTP. Unfortunately I don’t have the details.
