Contact form not sending email

I’m trying to design my website on my own on SiteJet Builder, and now that I have it almost finished, I noticed that the contact form is not sending the test email I’m trying to send even though it displays the confirmation message after submitting it.
Maybe I didn’t do something right… not sure.
I would appreciate some help on it.
