Captcha Fade Out On Live

I used the default contact form with captcha enabled and it works fine on my contact page, but on my registration page that has captcha added and also a newletter section, the captcha doesn’t show at all but only shows a “fade out on live” notification on the captcha field.
Can someone tell me how to fix this?
Second Question: How can i include reply email to a form field e.g send a notification to the user’s email with a success message when the form has been sent to the recipient.

Great to have you here — and awesome first question! Let’s go through it step by step:

Why CAPTCHA isn’t showing on your registration page

If the CAPTCHA works on one page but not on another, it’s likely because Sitejet only supports one CAPTCHA per page.

Here’s what to do:

  • If both your registration form and newsletter form have CAPTCHA turned on — try turning it off on one of them (usually the newsletter one).
  • Then publish the page again and test it.

This usually fixes the “fade out on live” issue you mentioned. :+1:

  1. How to send a reply email to the user

You can send a confirmation email (auto-reply) after someone submits a form by doing this:
Steps in Sitejet:

  1. Click on your form and go to the Form Settings.
  2. Find the “Autoresponder” tab.
  3. Turn it on, and set the reply email to use the field like {{email}}.
  4. Type in your message — for example:
5.“Thanks for registering! We’ve received your info.”*

That’s it! The user will get this email after they submit the form.

Let us know if you need help finding these settings or want to share a screenshot — we’re happy to guide you through it

Welcome again — you’re doing great already! :raising_hands:
