cPanel - captcha not working on published site

On my site www.connecticsystem.com the captcha on the contact form is not showing.
Everything is fine in preview mode but not on the published site
I am using Sitejet Builder through cPanel, PHP version. PHP 8.2 (ea-php82)
I ensured PHP version was the latest, my SSL Certificate is valid and active and I have deleted and readied the Captcha element
My Website ID is 2247976
Thanks for your help.

Hey there Sylvain,

I think those two links will be able to get you closer to a solution:

Keep us updated here with any progress, please

Hi Andre,
Many thanks for your answer.
I had a look to these pages (and many others  ) but didn’t find a solution.

  • version of PHP is ok
  • SSL is OK
  • version of sitejet is ok
  • api.php is present
In preview, everything is ok and I receive the form by mail.
But when published, the captcha is not present and I cannot send the form.
I you have any other idea …
    Many thanks.

The situation is when the contact form works in preview mode it means that from our side everything is okay. So either there is still something with the server or probably something with the SMTP settings or mail settings on the server. In this case, you would need to contact your provider support to take a look as well. And they would have to contact cPanel if they can not find a solution :frowning:

Before you do that, make a small change and save and publish again to be 100% sure that the export from us to the server is fine.

Keep us updated, please.

Will do ..
However, I don’t see how the captcha is related to the SMTP or mail settings. This is just a code transformed in an image.
I’ll keep you updated ..
Thanks again.

Oh sorry, that was an error from me - I just had a case before where it was the mail that wasnt working. So, yeah, it might be a server related issue then.

Fingers crossed we find the solution soon!
