Can't create email address

I can’t create email address. Is there a reason for this? Please look at the screenshot below:

The domain is appropriately set up and has a green check mark.

Hi! From the screenshot it looks that the Password field is highlighted with a red border… most likely the password field and the repeat password field did not match.

You should have a message with the error under the highlighted fields.

Thank you…I copied and pasted and tried all sorts of variation. It was about adding meeting all the requirements:

• Capital letter & lower case
• Minimum 9 characters
• Including a special character like @ or _

You’re right, I just had to scroll down to see the light grey letters.
