From time to time we are getting interesting mails ourselves and from users, that are unsure if a specific mail is from us. The latest specimen is an interesting approach to get your data and probably steal your domain:
etc. etc.
The mail states, that it is coming from us. Of course, it is not. It is not even funny. 
We highly recommend to always check the recipient and test the links by hovering over them. Aside from that, we have a short guideline on how to avoid spam linked below.
We recommend you inform yourself and especially your clients about possible spam mails that can be very harmful! There are some very good guidelines and workshops out there to train yourself and not fall for scammers.

However, you will not get that many mails from us directly. 
Aside from the billing information and the ICANN mails there is not much we are sending around. In case you are receiving an email and are unsure, please contact us via the support mail and let us know. We are happy to confirm if that mail is from us.

Von Zeit zu Zeit bekommen wir interessante Mails von uns selbst und von euch über Mails, bei denen man sich nicht so ganz sicher sein kann, ob das jetzt eine “offizielle” Mail ist.
Das neueste Exemplar ist ein interessanter Ansatz, um an eure Daten zu kommen und wahrscheinlich eure Domain zu stehlen:

In der Mail steht, dass sie von uns kommt. Natürlich ist sie nicht von uns. Die ist noch nicht mal witzig… .
Wir empfehlen dringend, immer den Empfänger zu überprüfen und die Links zu testen, indem man mit dem Mauszeiger darüber fährt. Außerdem haben wir unten einen kurzen Leitfaden zur Vermeidung von Spam verlinkt.
Wir empfehlen euch unbedingt, dass ihr euch und vor allem eure Kunden über mögliche Spam-Mails zu informieren, die sehr schädlich sein können! Es gibt einige sehr gute Richtlinien und Workshops, um sich zu schulen und nicht auf Betrüger hereinzufallen.

Von uns bekommt ihr tatsächlich gar nicht so viele Mails direkt. Abgesehen von den Rechnungen und den ICANN-Mails verschicken wir nicht so viel
