How to prevent Customer Portal invite going to spam?

Hello Sitejetters :),

I’m testing out the Customer Portal invite feature. I’m setting up my company website as my first Sitejet project. I set all the custom domain and email settings and they all work great. But I noticed when I sent the customer portal invite email, Gmail gave a Spam warning. I had already set up a filter in my Gmail for incoming Sitejet related emails, and also for my custom domain’s emails and that’s the only reason the Customer Portal invite email didn’t end up in spam. See attached image. How can we prevent this? I thought setting up the text record for “v=spf1 a:mx1.sitehub.io a:mx2.sitehub.io mx -all” on the DNS of the domain would solve this?
