Webmail on Custom Domain

Hi SJ Team, what is the update on webmail on custom domain? it’s the most necessary feature to run application as white label so when we can expect webmail on custom domain along with custom MX records for our clients, please advise.

Imho this is nothing that needs to be voted for - its ‘basic’ if you call something ‘white label’.

We are collecting votes and checking for trends using the community and discuss those feature requests with our team. However, I hope you can understand that not all feature request can’t be implemented right away and there are also other priorities we have to consider.

We will inform you once we will move forward with this feature request.

I have no idea why SJ is not developing this features since it’s very common feature for almost all website builders who are offering white label.

This feature is currently on hold and not part of our current roadmap. We do not plan to work on this idea in the foreseeable future. But that does not mean, that this can not change soon.

Currently, our focus is on improvements and exploration of new features for the website builder. Another reason for this is, actually, that this would require a complete reshape of our mail infrastructure.

With the focus being somewhere else, we also made it possible to use Sitejet with cPanel, as well as Plesk. There, you would definitely have the possibility to run your own mail server and whitelabel it as you wish.
