[solved] Incident 8th March | Files & Stock Photos, all the images disappeared

Hello, today I found out that all the images on my CMS console website are named but they do not exist, is there a problem in the sitejet database?

Have the same problem with all of the my others CMS websites, loading problem?

Thanks.

Hey @Gmedinas,

are you still facing this issue? If yes, can you please send me a message with some of your website IDs? It’s the six-digits number in the URL when you open the Sitejet Builder

Or I just saw that you created a ticket - please send us the website IDs as a reply to the ticket.

Yeah, all of our websites are also experiencing this issue.
If I open the source url of any image, it seems like the SSL certificate broke for the hosting domain. (https://inter-cdn.com/images/…)
But maybe it’s something else.
I know SJ did some maintenance last night, but I thought that was just in regard to email.

Some of my sites are experiencing this. It looks like an issue with the SSL Cert for the CDN. When I try to visit my site logo URL directly it does not resolve in Chrome:

Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from cdn1.site-media.eu (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).

NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

All of my projects are experiencing the same issue. None of the images are loading.

Do we have any idea when this will be fixed?

No clue. The Website Export feature still works so I am migrating HTML backups to another hosting account for mission critical sites. Nothing posted on the SiteJet status monitor so an official update would be helpful for sure.
