Sitejte as powerful all- in- one marketing solution without having to develop the functionality

I’ve been looking for an all-in-one marketing solution for website, appointment booking, CRM, email marketing, and course/payment platforms for a while now. Both for myself as an consultant/agency and my clients.

There are several tools out there, but they all have the same issue: their page builders and component features are too limited compared to specialized standalone solutions. And they can’t keep up when requirements grow. That’s understandable, because continuously adapting such a powerful tool to user needs and developing it further is a major undertaking.

There have already been requests here in the community to integrate more of these additional features in Sitejet as well. But for above reasons this is too much of an effort for the developer team.
Users would constantly compare the components to specialized software (e.g., for email marketing) and demand similar features. I see the point that this makes no sense.

But what about this?
Would it be possible to integrate more third-party tools directly - similar to the Ecwid shop integration? I am thinking of tools like Brevo and Tentary (both based and hosted in Germany/EU) The idea: with one login (Sitejet), people could use the functionality of these specialized programs (by upgrading their plan when needed) - while Sitejet wouldn’t have to develop the features themself.

Brevo would cover email marketing, appointment booking, a simple CRM, live chat, video conferencing etc.
Tentary is a powerful platform for selling digital products, services, and online courses, including payment processing, invoicing and dunning process.
Both tools are affordable and GDPR-compliant.

I’m not a tech person and don’t know whether it would be technically possible to integrate these tools into Sitejet via an API, so that people could simply add them on when needed—just like with the Ecwid shop integration.

But what I know is that this would lift Sitejet in heaven for small and medium sized agencies like mine AND their clients.

@Andre and everyone: What are your thoughts on this?

Thank you for your post, Barbara. Just a quick feedback to some of the points you are raising.

Yep. That is the reason  And I like where you are heading further on in your post.

I have used Brevo before but have not heard about Tentary. But I guess I know what kind of tool that is. Interesting.

Actually,

This is always something we are considering. And since you raised this here in the community, we will discuss it soon again in the upcoming product meeting
