I’m reopening a previous topic about the OG image not populating on Facebook. I’ve been trying to use the FB Debugger tool to find out what the problem is, but it apparently is not working. Does anyone have another solution to fix this problem? Thnx!

Hey @Lisa_Tippette - currently we are checking, if there is anything that we can do in regard to providing the right data for Facebook. This is the only thing, that we can actually do.
At the moment, it seems that this might be an issue from Facebook, but we do not want to exclude any other possibility. It could also be the picture itself, as I have checked with other collections shared on Facebook, where it worked fine.

Maybe somebody else also has any experience with this kind of matter?
I appreciate anything you can do. It does seem to be an ongoing issue with Facebook. Hope someone can solve the problem soon!

Is there any update on this issue yet? My client is not happy that she can’t share links from her new website to Facebook!

Okay - so some of them are showing up now and some aren’t. This one still doesn’t show a preview image - https://www.ncfightingcrime.com/featured-news-stories/over-seventy-people-shot-in-rocky-mount-in-2022, but this one does - https://www.ncfightingcrime.com/featured-news-stories/over-seventy-people-shot-in-rocky-mount-in-2022. Is there something I need to change about the image to make it appear, or have you done that on your end?

Hey @Lisa_Tippette - we had to change the CDN for that one website because Facebook is just being Facebook here. This did the trick.
For me, it seems that the pictures are shown correctly. It could be a cache issue?
