Facebook now working - twitter still not though - is it just propagation time or is there anything else we can do?

Hey @Marc_Narrative - have you tried the debugger tools? Twitter, I think, also has one.

What size does the og:image have?

Usually, it takes a bit of time for the servers to propagate. However, in my experience the image size could cause those pictures not to work or to even take more time to show up. When you got that issue in a collection item, I recommend updating the image with a smaller version and change something in the collection item to trigger the update.

With the website, this could help as well, but I did not test this out yet.

Thanks @Andre

File size is 305kb - is that too large do you think?

The orientation is portrait so i’ve asked them to send a landscape as was thinking that could affect the issue too?

I haven’t ever used the debugging tool - but i found a link to them from here - https://en.rakko.tools/tools/9/ - which looks useful - and twitter not displaying the image.

Thanks for insight & will try the landscape version when its available.

Usually that small size as well as the portrait should not really matter that much. I have checked your link on Facebook and it worked:

This is how it looks in the debugger:

Using the validator for Twitter (https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator) it shows this error:

ERROR: Fetching the page failed because the fetcher cannot resolve the address.

Searched for it and found these:

The last one is interesting.
