Plesk | Contact us form captcha problem

Hi I am using sitejet through the plesk interface from my web hosting provider (Host-it.co.uk), every time I make any simple text amendment changes to the web the captcha form goes into error the form creates 2 captcha boxes. I then have to go to a previous backup to clear the problem then publish the web.

Any assistance as to what could be causing this or a workaround would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting your case. Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this. I did change some text on the website as well as in the contact form elements. The captcha seems to not duplicate itself.

Would you be able to send us a screencast showing what you are doing and how it happens?

I made some edits to the testimonials and input a couple of logos under our partners, and it does it again I will have to go to a previous backup.

do you have any browser extension which could cause the issue? Maybe try to use a different browser without any extension. I am unable to reproduce the duplication of the captcha input field.

I have made quite a few changes in a browser with no extensions, and the problem appears to have stopped.
