I’ve created a subdomain for my main domain. Is it possible to have other settings on the subdomain or do I have to use the same settings like fonts and colors of the main domain.

That is a great question. The answer is noyes. 
Okay, in German that word is more fun.
However, there is no intuitive way in Sitejet. But, you have a lot of possibilities already to set fonts, colors and customize your design. Anyhow, if your idea extents this, you would need to use Custom CSS. For different presets I recommend setting a CSS-Class like -[preset]-subpage.
It all comes down to how much you need to customize your subpage.
