I’m experiencing a consistent delivery failure for verification emails sent by no-reply@gocardless to my email accounts hosted with Sitejet.
GoCardless support has verified that the emails are successfully leaving their servers.
I have a screenshot to support this.

This suggests the messages are being filtered or blocked by SiteJet’s incoming mail servers or firewalls.
Could you please investigate the logs for the following addresses and ensure that traffic from gocardless.com is not being throttled or blocked?

I’d prefer sending an email too, but I’m unclear if Sitejet is having issues with sending /receiving emails as per my other thread yesterday: Sitejet Outbound Email Issue, IP Concerns - #3 by Naz_Haque
I raised that my colleague emailed Sitejet, and they never got a response or a ticket.
